All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of the products sold by I'm One of Those LLC, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
What This Includes
This applies to the book (in its digital form), the Write Your Truth Prompt Kit, the Write Your Truth Companion, and any other downloadable or access-based offering sold through this site.
Spark Sessions
Spark Session payments are required in full at booking and are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session one time by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the payment. If I must cancel your session, you may choose a new appointment time or receive a full refund.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading a product you've purchased, please contact us at hello@imoneofthose.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a delivered digital product is considered a violation of these terms and may result in loss of access to current and future offerings.
